Another dull week. I got the RAM I needed. Now I just need to find an unlocked XP 2400 and I will have all the parts I wanted to buy before I return. I only have one seminar left.

I am working on another design for my companies website, it should be done by the end of the month. The graphic class I'm taking really opened Photoshop up for me. Keren also is leaving and is being replaced, we'll see how that goes, change is unsettling. I have also started looking for work in California. If you work someplace that hires college graduates as manager trainees drop me an email and let me know. I would prefer to work in the Central Valley.

On a side note, I hate the fact there is no longer a way on monster.com to filter out the temp agencies and military crap jobs.

I also updated the Brighton pictures section with a couple new pics. I tried to take a picture of the cap of a water bottle I bought today but the text was to small, it says "Open by hand" on the cap. Could someone let me know if there is another way to open a bottle of water. I'm having a hard time getting fired up about writing hence I am doing this update rather then starting. Maybe after I finish this…

I've thought a little on the Martha Stewart case and I've decided she is being scapegoated for Enron. Why her? Well unlike Ken Lay she was not a close friend of Cheney. This will keep the public distracted long enough for him to be forgotten, or at least keep people distracted long enough for the Michael Jackson trial to start. Although I do think she is guilty. I disagree with the Microsoft plan for curbing spam via-E stamps . I agree with the criticism of this article that spammers will just bypass the system. In my opinion what is needed is hard caps placed on consumer level email accounts limiting them to say 100 messages a day. This would virtually stop the majority of spam coming from zombies and open mail servers. Those are the toughest sources because the IP's change so often. When a spammer sets up his own mail server, it is easy to just block anything from that IP. If anything this looks like an attempt by Microsoft to create a new way to milk subscribers for money.

I also would like to note the Hypocrisy of Clear Channel . While they do not tolerate indecency, They do promote and run Marilyn Manson's 2003 World Tour. So they only censor the obscene when it will land them press I guess. Overall I think his is just the beginning of media censorship , its only going to get worse if Dubyah gets reelected.

I have also started to use a new Instant Message Client. It's called GAIM , its free and no has no banners or spyware like AOLIM and can run Yahoo, MSN, AOL IM, and ICQ at the same time.
