I know I said expect weekly updates... However, working full time takes a lot out of me. I finished the "Rights of Man". I then read 4
economics textbooks that were very interesting. I also finished half of the trials of Socrates. Don't know when I will finish it.
My grades are on hold until I turn in some financial aid paper work that I'm turning in this week so I should have those by the end of the week.
Last Weekend I helped some of my mothers friends move. On the way there I got a speeding ticket on I-5 North just past flag city as I passed
a truck before my lane ended. So the bastard gave me a ticket for 80 in a 70. I'm going to fight this one. I'll
let you know how it goes...
I'm doing well saving money for England. I bought a Discman with a Digital tuner so now I can listen to NPR at work.
Getting the Discman was quite a pain. I wanted a digital tuner and CDR reader. Those two options are not available
from a brand name for less then $100 so I ended up buying a generic for $25 with those options. I guess I could always
buy another one if it breaks. I also turned in my financial aid paper work for Sussex this week. I should hear back this week
on whether its all approved. I just have my passport and grade verification to complete. I found out the first day of class is October 6th.
My Dorm will open September 27th its for International Graduate Students over 21 and its single occupancy rooms! I still need to get a
digital camera, and laptop before I go. I also need to do some maintenance on the cougar and get a couple of chipped teeth fixed.
I'm doing a lot more at my job so the time passes much faster. I'm getting some new responsibilities this week too.
This weekend I'm going to Chico for Trent & Heather's wedding it will be good to see everyone again.
