Welcome to Krakow! This Dragon thing seems to be the icon of the city:

Below is one of many impressive landmarks you can view from the green belt that runs through the center of Krakow. If you walk the whole thing you won't need to pay for a city tour and it is very easy to get place to place without a cab.

Below are pictures of the Market Square. It is at the very center of Krakow. This is the tourist center of the city. There is a lot of food, and stuff to buy. The streets connecting directly off also have a lot of small shops. The yellow building has open stalls.
